At Jewelry by Olivia K, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-business-day return and refund policy from the date you receive your item. After this period, we are unable to accommodate refunds. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that manual entry credit card fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@jewelrybyoliviak.com before sending your item back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value, as Jewelry by Olivia K is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. If you have any questions regarding returns, feel free to reach out to us.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns, meaning they must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns. These include:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Boutique sale give-back purchases
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Repairs
Fleck Collection
Due to the delicate, handmade nature of our Fleck Collection, which is crafted on nylon string, the string may naturally wear over time. We offer a 30-day repair policy from the date of receipt. Once a repair request is approved, the item must be sent for repair within 10 days.
Estate & Vintage Jewelry
Given the age of our estate and vintage pieces, they may require extra care when worn. While we carefully inspect each piece prior to sale, we offer a 30-day free repair policy for any necessary adjustments. After 30 days, repairs will incur repair fees and additional shipping costs.
Important Notes
When receiving your jewelry, please inspect clasps and stones carefully. Many antique clasps are intricate and may loosen over time, so it’s important to ensure they are properly secured before wearing. We are not responsible for lost items due to improperly fastened clasps.
If you need to send an item for repair, customers are responsible for insuring the package for its full value, as Jewelry by Olivia K is not liable for items lost or stolen in transit.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
